My Ideal Week

Describe your ideal week.

In my ideal week I begin the mornings with quiet time, prayer, and movement that makes me feel strong. I step into the day with energy and a clear mind. I meet with coaching clients, with enough space between sessions to give them my full attention without feeling rushed. I also set aside time to write and create, because sharing words and ideas helps me connect and encourage others.

Networking has its place as well. Whether it is through BNI, Women Who Lead, or one-on-one conversations, these moments keep me grounded in community and remind me of the purpose behind the work I do. Evenings are slower and more personal, filled with time for family, friends, and laughter.

An ideal week also gives me one full day of rest. No pressure, no guilt, just space to reset. I picture small joys woven through the days too. Music, a favorite meal, or coffee in peace. By the end of the week I want to feel like I poured into others, cared for myself, and nurtured the relationships that matter most. That is balance. That is growth.
