The inherent nature of mind – beneath all thoughts and feelings – is an accessible place of calm. ๐

It is accessible to you โค๏ธ it is accessible to me ๐. It is accessible to anyone who seeks it ๐. Unfortunately ๐ฉ or fortunately ๐ depending on how you look at it โฆit is not the inherent but instead our apparent nature of mind, which oftentimes occupies the teleprompters of our minds ๐ฅ.

The apparent nature of mind is where our thoughts and feelings play out. ๐ This is where perceptions and concepts occur.๐ The thoughts ๐ญ that come and go.

The inherent nature of mind is to be constant, unchanging and unalterable. There is no need to add to or subtract from. It is a place where there is nothing more to do ๐ โThe doer in me lost all its traction to try and change my state and make it better, or different, or other.โ – Khandra Rinpoche
Use your mindful moments to tap into the inherent nature of your mindโฆyou might be surprised ๐ฏ at what you find โค๏ธ
