The inherent nature of mind – beneath all thoughts and feelings – is an accessible place of calm. π

It is accessible to you β€οΈ it is accessible to me π. It is accessible to anyone who seeks it π. Unfortunately π© or fortunately π depending on how you look at it β¦it is not the inherent but instead our apparent nature of mind, which oftentimes occupies the teleprompters of our minds π₯.

The apparent nature of mind is where our thoughts and feelings play out. π This is where perceptions and concepts occur.π The thoughts π that come and go.

The inherent nature of mind is to be constant, unchanging and unalterable. There is no need to add to or subtract from. It is a place where there is nothing more to do π βThe doer in me lost all its traction to try and change my state and make it better, or different, or other.β – Khandra Rinpoche
Use your mindful moments to tap into the inherent nature of your mindβ¦you might be surprised π― at what you find β€οΈ
