John endured tribulation, yet even in exile he saw the glory of Christ. His vision reminds us to wait on God and not give in to fear. Jesus said, “I am the first and the last.” If He holds the beginning and the end, then He holds everything in between. Fear loses its grip when faith takes root.
Suffering does not always mean Jesus is far away. Sometimes it means He is closer than we think. If you get into trouble standing with Him, He will stand for you. On the other side of going through, blessing is waiting. He has been speaking and pursuing you. Slow down and notice His hand at work. The same God who began a good work in you will finish it. The same hands that hold the world are holding you. Fear ends where faith begins, and with Jesus, we are going to make it.
