What Is Your Favorite Genre Of Music?

I’m definitely an R&B girl. Always have been.

There’s something about soulful music that just stays with you. It doesn’t need to be over the top or dramatic. It just needs to feel real. I love a good ballad. I love when a song slows down enough for you to actually feel the words. It gives you time to breathe and time to connect.

R&B has a way of showing up in the background and suddenly becoming the moment. It’s the song that makes you stop and listen without meaning to. It’s the one you sing loud in the car with the windows down, or the one that catches you off guard and makes you remember something you didn’t expect to feel.

That’s what I love. Music that makes space for emotion. Music that lingers. Music that feels honest from the first note to the last.

That’s R&B. And that’s why it’s my favorite.
