However, self care ๐งโโ๏ธ is one of the most important things you can do for you and the people you care about ๐. Self care helps you to keep on caring for those you care about โค๏ธ.

Self care doesnโt necessarily require a lot of time โฑ๏ธ or money ๐ต. These simple but mindful moments are perfect ๐ ways to take some time for yourself during a busy day and just focus ๐งโโ๏ธ on you โฃ๏ธ

1. Meditate ๐งโโ๏ธ- set a daily 5-10 min reminder to rest and relax your mind โบ๏ธ take some time to yourself to be still and quiet ๐คซ your thoughts ๐ญ

2. Start Journaling ๐ – try journaling to start your day ๐ journaling your thoughts and feelings can be a great way to release stress and anxiety ๐

3. Go For a Walk ๐ถ๐ปโโ๏ธ- squeeze in a walk on your lunch ๐ฅ break. Make it a point to get in tune with nature ๐ณ as much as possibleโฆitโll refresh your day and your spirit ๐ผ
