Oftentimes when we think about the things we need to take care of during our day, ourselves is nowhere near the top of the list ๐Ÿ˜. However, self care ๐Ÿง–โ€โ™€๏ธ is one of the most important things you can do for you and the people you care about ๐Ÿ˜Š. Self care helps you to keep on caring for those you care about โค๏ธ.

Self care doesnโ€™t necessarily require a lot of time โฑ๏ธ or money ๐Ÿ’ต. These simple but mindful moments are perfect ๐Ÿ˜ ways to take some time for yourself during a busy day and just focus ๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™‚๏ธ on you โฃ๏ธ

1. Meditate ๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™€๏ธ- set a daily 5-10 min reminder to rest and relax your mind โ˜บ๏ธ take some time to yourself to be still and quiet ๐Ÿคซ your thoughts ๐Ÿ’ญ
